Abstract
An 83-year-old man had the sudden onset of vivid formed hallucinations, agitation, and sleep disturbance suggesting “peduncular hallucinosis.” A magnetic resonance scan revealed a right paramedian thalamic infarction with no abnormality of the cerebral peduncles or midbrain.Keywords
