Medical Complications of Operative Bile-Duct Injuries

Abstract
AS a result of Dr. Frank H. Lahey's1 2 3 early and continued interest in the repair of bile-duct strictures, this clinic has had a large experience with the management of patients referred here with this unfortunate complication of biliary surgery. This paper reviews 400 cases of bile-duct injuries taken at random from a larger series treated here between 1935 and 1955.
