Abstract
1. Viscosinは分子量700～1100の酸性ポリペプチッドである. 2. 加水分解によつて油状脂肪酸混合物と,アミノ酸混合物に分れる. 3. 油状脂肪酸混合物から,α-デセン酸と(-)-β-オキシカプリン酸を確認した.前者は後者の二次的生成物と思われる. 4. アミノ酸混合物から,グリシン,アラニン,バリン,ロイシン,スレオニンを検出した.Keywords
