Abstract
The anisotropic diffusion coefficient of in N has been measured by the pulsed magnetic-field-gradient method of NMR. Activation energy and jump rates obtained for diffusion along the hexagonal axis are in good agreement with our previous data, thus suggesting that the hopping of Li ions between the inequivalent Li(1) and Li(2) sites dominates the conductivity along the axis.
