Abstract
The structure of the levels of has been investigated within the model space of the lowest seven neutron and six proton single particle orbits; the matrix elements of Herling and Kuo were used. Agreement between experiment and theory for the lowest six levels, including the recently discovered , is excellent. The isomer of 2.93 MeV is suggested to have spin ; the is not expected to be an isomer.
