Abstract
First-order many-body theory has been used to calculate the differential, integrated, and momentum-transfer cross sections for the electron-impact excitation of the 5s’ ( ), 5s( ), 5s’ ( ), and 5s( ) states of krypton for the incident energies of 20, 30, 50, 60, and 100 eV. Electron-photon coincidence parameters for the optically allowed states have been obtained. The results are compared to available experimental results.
