Abstract
Polyphenols interfere in thin layer chromatographic estimations of abeo-iso-α-acids. A paper chromatographic technique for separating polyphenols from abeo-iso-α-acids has been developed. English beers examined contained less than 6 ppm of abeo-iso-α-acids.Keywords
