Abstract
Denaturing gel electrophoresis of chick oviduct nuclear RNA reveals multiple species of RNA that are 1.5–5 times larger than ovomucoid mRNA. By analogy with ovalbumin RNA processing, these data suggest that ovomucoid mRNA is derived from a primary transcript that contains intervening sequences. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
