Abstract
Third-order perturbation-theory calculations of the conduction-electron scattering in dilute magnetic alloys are examined in the regime , the Kondo temperature. The results are compared with the high-field resistivity of dilute CuCr alloys, with an -matrix calculation of the field dependence of the Hall coefficient, and with the high-field behavior of the thermopower in AuFe alloys. Suggestions are made for systematic studies in the high-field regime.
