Coronary Artery Fistula Draining into Left Ventricle

Abstract
A 6 yr old boy with coronary artery fistula emptying into the left ventricle was reported. Clinical manifestations of this disease which were not yet fully described were outlined, based on the present case and a review of 14 previously reported cases. Clinical signs and symptoms were not specific for this anomaly and retrograde aortography was required to establish the definite diagnosis of the lesion. The location of maximal intensity of the murmur, genesis of the systolic murmur and ECG features were discussed.
