Abstract
The kinetics of radiation induced cell death was compared in in vitro and in vivo systems, using mouse mammary carcinoma cells, FM3A. Radiation-induced lethal damage manifests itself in the same way at the intracellular level in both systems, and some dying cells in vivo were eliminated before its manifestation.
