Abstract
The Pd0 three-co-ordinate (np3)Pd, [np3= N(CH2CH2PPh2)3], and the Pt0 pseudotetrahedral (np3)Pt(PPh3) complexes react with MeHgl and Me3SnCI to give [(np3)M(HgMe)]+ and [(np3)M(SnMe3)]+ complexes; the molecular structure of [(np3)Pt(HgMe)]BPh4 has been established by single crystal diffraction methods. Keywords
