Abstract
Involuntary body sway and flicker fusion threshold have been measured, and a motor co-ordination test performed, before and after anaesthesia in volunteers receiving either thiopentone or methohexitone on two or more occasions. The limitations of the tests are discussed, and the time required for the return of full function in these subjects is presented. Keywords
