Abstract
When linseed oil meal was fed to chicks at 30% of the ration an apparent pyridoxine deficiency resulted, although the ration contained many times the amount of pyridoxine normally required by chicks. The deficiency was prevented by adding synthetic pyridoxine or by treating the linseed oil meal with water. Keywords
