Abstract
Zn concentrations, determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry, did not differ significantly in plasma from manic-depressive patients about to start Li treatment and in patients having been in Li treatment for 6 mo. or 1-2 yr. Plasma Zn concencrations and Zn concentrations in liver, muscle, kidney, bone and skin did not differ in control rats and rats given Li with the food for 4 wk.Keywords
