Abstract
In some glasses where 57Fe is used as a local structural probe, the analysis must be done in terms of a two-parameter distribution including the variation of isomer shift and electric field gradient. A numerical method is proposed to compute this distribution using the concept of the generalised inverse of a matrix. One example is shown in the particular case of ferrous ions in silicate glasses. Keywords
