Abstract
Summary Malignant cartilaginous tumours of the larynx are very rare, and usually arise from the cricoid cartilage. We report the first documented case of a chondrosarcoma of the epiglottis. The diagnosis, histology and treatment of these tumours are discussed.Keywords
