Abstract
Magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) may be useful in preventing neurological injury after subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH). In this randomized, double-blind study we evaluated the safety and efficacy of MgSO4 infusion to improve clinical outcome after aneurysmal SAH.Keywords
