Abstract
The dye-sensitized photocurrents produced by some semiconductor (titanium dioxide single crystal or zinc oxide sinter) in electrolyte solutions containing alizarin dyes were studied. The photocurrent was concluded to be caused by the sensitization of the alizarin dyes chelated to the semiconductor electrodes. Keywords
