Abstract
A manometric method has been described for measurement of the activity of Cl. welchii lecithinase. The method depends on displacement of carbon dioxide from a bicarbonate-carbon dioxide-buffered medium by the phosphorylcholine liberated during the enzymatic hydrolysis.Keywords
