Abstract
Records of 28 patients dying with pemphigus vulgaris and 42 with pemphigoid were examined for factors affecting the length of their survival. Age at onset of the disease was important; old patients died significantly faster. A short pre-treatment phase signified a fulminating course in pemphigus vulgaris but not in pemphigoid. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
