Abstract
Summary: A case of primary purulent meningococcal pericarditis presenting with chest pain, hypotension and cardiac tamponade followed by oliguric renal failure is reported. Treatment with antibiotics and surgical drainage was successful.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
