Abstract
Autoradiographic and chemical investigations of different organs of mice after p. o., i. v. and intraduodenal administration of 14C-didrovaltrat, showed that it is resorbed to a small extent in the unchanged form. The main part of the incorporated radioactivity however is found as a polymeric degradation product. The fast degradation and metabolism were confirmed by in vitro incubation of 14C-didrovaltrat with plasma and liver homogenates. Keywords
