Abstract
Tritons have been elastically scattered from a number of light nuclei, and the data have been analyzed in terms of the optical model. Geometries have been found which are applicable to , , and , and to and . The real central well depths are approximately 140 MeV, and the spin-orbit well depth is greater than that expected from theoretical considerations. Ambiguities in the parameters are discussed.
