Abstract
The cyclophorase-mitochondrial system of rabbit heart muscle appeared to share the basic properties of mitochondrial systems. As prepared the system contained the full complement of enzymes and coenzymes necessary to implement the complete oxidation of members of the citric acid cycle, fatty acid oxidation and oxidative phosphorylation, when inorganic phosphate, magnesium ions and adenosine-5-phosphate were added. Keywords
