Abstract
A twelve and a half-year-old boy is reported who presented with paroxysmal kinesigenic choreoathetosis. Family history lead to the diagnosis. The differential diagnosis to paroxysmal dystonic choreoathetosis of Mount and Reback (1940) is discussed, and treatment is commented upon. Keywords
