Abstract
Analyses of the fluoride content of different portions of the human stapedes were undertaken as a function of (a) residence in a low or an optimally fluoridated area, (b) clinical otosclerotic involvement, and (c) sodium fluoride treatment. The variability in the fluoride content was observed as a function of the aforementioned variables. Keywords
