Abstract
Two Parkinsonian patients with chronic nonconfusional dopaminomimetic psychosis were treated with a course of electroconvulsive therapy. In both cases sustained remission of psychosis was obtained in the face of ongoing administration of dopaminomimetics. This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
