Abstract

SUMMARY A sensitive assay method for cholecystokinin is described utilizing strips of rabbit gall bladder. The preparation is not responsive to secretin, histamine, or ammonium salts. The assay is more reproducible, sensitive and specific than other in-vitro methods.
