Abstract
Summary: Thirty Gve soil samples were processed for the isolation of keratinophilic fungi by “ToKaVa” hairbaiting technique. Chrysosporium indicum, Chrysosporium sp., Trichophyton terrestre and Keratinomyces ajelloi were isolated in the percentages of 8.57, 5.71, 5.71 and 2.85 respectively.
