Abstract
A 34 yr old male is reported with carpal and tarsal osteolysis syndrome. Fluctuating proteinuria and reduced renal function were also seen. The relevant literature on the subject is reviewed and the combination of carpal and tarsal osteolysis with nephropathy is discussed. [This syndrome is inhibited as an autosomal dominant].
