Abstract
Medium-size businesses in the personal computer industry are subject to great stress resulting from rapid growth, intense competition, fast changing technology, and the uncertainty of many factors relating to the business. Implementing an in-house MIS in such a firm, Tava Corporation, presents difficulties.
