Abstract
Cardiac amyloidosis can have varied clinical presentations, but it uncommonly leads to typical angina. The exact cause of ischaemia in this condition is not known, though various mechanisms have been postulated. We describe here a case of cardiac amyloidosis, proven by endomyocardial biopsy, which presented as ischaemic heart disease, and we also review the literature on the same. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
