Abstract
Absolute or relative diminution of the vascularity of the left lung, and particularly of the upper lobe, has been observed in association with left to right shunts at the atrial, ventricular, and ductus levels, as well as in certain other conditions. The change, the cause of which is unknown, tended to be more marked in cases of ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus. Keywords
