Abstract
The size of the population of beach-mice was estimated by trapping, marking and retrapping the mice on approx. 1/150th of the total area of the island. The estimated total population is small by comparison with populations of mainland subspp. of mammals. Its small size possibly plays a role in the marked differentiation of this subspp. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
