Abstract
The adults ofSolenopotes tarandi(Mjöberg, 1915) are redescribed and illustrated, and its allied species ofSolenopotesare compared. The nymphs of this species are for the first time described and illustrated. Ectoparasite infestation of the barren ground caribou (Rangifer tarandus grantiAllen) is also discussed.Keywords
