Abstract
This article chronicles the efforts and challenges to design and deliver a new executive MBA program at the Henry W. Bloch School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. It explores the planning phase and process, the unique design and structure of the program, the trials of first-year implementation, overall learning from the experience, and future administrative and curricular challenges.Keywords
