To the Editor: In the March 1 issue of the Journal, Krikorian et al.* reported six cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that developed as second tumors in patients treated for Hodgkin's disease with both radiation therapy and chemotherapy. They suggested that patients receiving chemotherapy alone for the treatment of Hodgkin's disease may be at risk for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We wish to report such a patient.A 62-year-old man presented to the Buffalo Veterans Administration Medical Center in April, 1975, for evaluation of anorexia, weight loss, fever, night sweats and left-anterior-cervical lymphadenopathy.
