Abstract
Gastric volvulus and wandering spleen are related to anomalies in the intraperitoneal visceral attachments. When encountered during infancy, they have a congenital origin with acquired predisposing factors. Wandering spleen is a rare clinical entity with a diverse form of presentation. To our knowledge, gastric volvulus associated with wandering spleen has not been reported previously in literature. Keywords
