Abstract
A female fetus of 63 mm crown‐rump length was examined. Aplasia of the left radius and thumb, preaxial polydactyly of the left foot, rib and vertebral fusions on the left side, right aortic arch, a small membranous ventricular septal defect, and a single umbilical artery were detected. The potential counseling value of detailed examination of small fetal specimens is stressed. Keywords
