Abstract
1. Noradrenaline, isoprenaline, 5-hydroxytryptamine and acetylcholine have been applied into the environment of single neurones in the cat cerebral cortex by micro-iontophoresis. The influence of anaesthesia on the neuronal responses to these drugs was studied. Keywords
