Abstract
Case reports are presented of 4 patients with what appeared to be quite usual Heberden's nodes with comparable involvement of proximal interphalangeal joints, but which progressed to erosive osteoarthritis resulting eventually in bony ankylosis of some distal and proximal joints.Keywords
