Abstract
A method for the deterniination of the transient response of asymmetric sideband systems utilizing fast Fourier transforms on a digital computer is developed. The method employs a single simplified compact representation of the equivalent low-pass analog of the system transfer function from which both the in-phase and quadrature components of the transient response may simultaneously be determined. Keywords
