Abstract
Basophile cell changes in the form of en-largement, degranulation, and vacuolization was seen in the hypophyses of dogs with diabetes of pancreatectomy. These changes were not demonstrated if the diabetes was controlled with insulin or if the presence of remnant pancreatic tissue pre-vented the development of diabetes. Keywords
