Abstract
Enlargement of hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes commonly accompanies a lung abscess. Of 27 patients with lung abscesses, 14 had hilar or mediastinal adenopathy or both. The problem resolved promptly with clearing of the abscesses and was absent on clinical and radiographic follow-up.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
