Abstract
An analysis of the lipids in isolated barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) aleurone layers after 12 hours incubation in the presence or absence of gibberellic acid showed no quantitative or qualitative changes. Longer incubation periods resulted in some lipid degradation which was greater in the presence of 1 μm gibberellic acid. Keywords
