Abstract
Vector and tensor and analyzing powers have been measured in the elastic scattering of 20.4-, 25.2-, and 29.9-MeV polarized deuterons by protons. Comparison is made with Faddeev-equation calculations including spin-dependent nucleon-nucleon interactions. Qualitative agreement is obtained for all the measured quantities only when both the spin-dependent nucleon-nucleon -wave forces and the tensor () force are taken into account.
