Abstract
Novel anion-exchange extractants were synthesized, which are lipophilic phosphonium ions bearing three cationic centers in a molecule. By using the tri-cationic extractants, the selectivity toward the extraction of triply charged anions such as hexacyanoferrate(III) was much increased.Keywords
