Abstract
A family is reported in which there have been one probable and 2 confirmed cases of neonatal leukemia. It is believed that this is the first recorded instance of familial leukemia presenting in the neonatal period. Chromosome studies in this family did not reveal any abnormality, such as has been found in some cases of non-familial leukemia. Keywords
