Abstract
The raicroscale liquid chromatographic tecnnique was applied to gel perraination chromatography. As the results, the miniaturized GPC column requires smaller amounts of sample, packing materials and carrier solvent than those required with the ordinary GPC column, and it would be applicable to preparatory experiments to select the operation conditions for fractionation by GPC.Keywords
